Durgesh Singh received the M.Tech. degree in computer science from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India, in 2015 and the B.E degree in computer science and engineering from Chandigarh College of Engg. & Tech., Chandigarh, Panjab University, India, in 2009. He completed his Ph.D. degree in computer science at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. His research interests include wireless networks, mobile computing, Relay selection and Resource allocation problem in D2D communication, Edge computing, Applications of POMDPs, Bandit algorithms and federated machine learning in wireless networks.
