• Under the guidance of Dr. Debabrata Ghosh, Assistant Professor (Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering), our talented students, Pratham and Priyanshi Aggarwal, have excelled with their innovative project titled "Smart Guard: An AI-Enhanced Safety Device for Motorised Two-wheelers.". TIET is one of the six winners across India for the prestigious IHub-data Mobility Fellowship - 2024. 
• Patent Granted (2024) to TIET, Patiala (Dr. Amit Mishra and Team), Title: "Low Cost, Autonomous, Green Energy-Based LoRaWAN System Interfaced with 7-in-1 Soil Sensor".
• Ph.D student (Ms Sukhpreet Kaur) under the guidance of Dr. Jaswinder Kaur and Dr. Rajesh Khanna received the best paper Award at 9th international conference on Nanoelectronics, Computational Intelligence & Communication Systems organised by Indian Society for VLSI education on April 13th-14th, 2024.
